The 6th, 7th and 8th grades students (12-15 years)
Kick-off meeting
Introducing students to the project goals, planned activities, partner schools, ways of cooperation, planned lectures, excursions etc.


First activity: Let's get to know the Solar system
Students studied the Solar system. They created presentations on the planets of the solar system, gathered a variety of information and curiosities about the Cosmos, the planets, rovers that explored Mars, the origin of the names of planets, etc. All materials, videos and presentations were placed on the Solar System Padlet.



Second activity: Creating a quiz questions
Using a multitude of information collected from Padlet, the students compiled questions with follow-up answers. They sent their questions in the Google classroom “Sol' Arts”. Some students created Kahoot quizzes themselves. Using students' questions and answers, teachers created more Kahoot quizzes.


Third activity: The "How well do you know the solar system?" Kahoot competition
The first semifinal competition at the school was organized. Soon the second semi-final competition will be realized, and then the final! These two subsequent competitions will be online, due to the complete closing of school classes and the switch to online classes from home.
Fourth activity : Erasmus corner
Our Erasmus Corner is enriched with information about project Sol' Arts. The panel posted basic information on the objectives of the project, the flags of partner countries, images of the activities being carried out and the current competition for logo design.


Fifth Activity: Create a logo
Students have created proposals for the project logoby drawing or using an ICT tool. Voting for the best logo will be organized through Google Form. The winning logo will be placed in the finals with four other logos of partner schools.

The 2th grades students (7-8 years)
First activity: Let's get to know the Solar system
The students investigated and gathered information about the Solar system.
They then made models of balloon and paper planets, coloring them by supporting the appearance of planets.
They created a 3D model of the solar system. Through these activities, they learned the names of the planets, their position relative to the sun, compared the size of planets and the distinctive colors of planets.



Second activity: What are comets?
Through selected videos, the students learned what comets are. This was followed by the drawing of comets and then their production of chopsticks, styrofoam and aluminum foil. An exhibition of works in the classroom was held.
